Ashley Stark

I was born into a very business-minded household with my father being a Financial Executive (and ever the entrepreneur!) and my mother as CEO of our family, as a stay-home Mom, after my brother and I started school. I am also married to a commercial real estate banker, so I learned early about the importance of hard work, dedication, and a strong sense of ethics, and those lessons have helped shape my professional career as well as my personal life.

Before having children, I worked in Property Management, first in Atlanta Georgia, where I began as an Assistant Property Manager and co-managed a 500,000 square foot office building with over 50 tenants. After we moved to Denver, I managed a 600,000 square foot class-A office building in downtown Denver. I oversaw office leases, tenant relations, building maintenance, accounts receivable, and reporting property financials. I have also assisted my parents in their own franchise, Clean Juice, an organic juice bar, and I have had a front row seat to all its advantages over independent business ownership. I have seen first-hand the benefits of having a support system and the camaraderie you receive from the Franchisor.

Following in my mother's footsteps, I decided to be a stay-home Mom to my two boys, Wyatt (age 10) and Sawyer (age 6) for the past 10 years. I believe that nothing is more important than being physically present for my family, and running a household is not too different from running a small business.
Now in my early 40s, with my youngest child in school full-time, I understand more than ever the importance of having a flexible, yet lucrative career, and I recognize how rewarding it can be to own your own business. With more free time on my hands, I can now dedicate myself to helping my father and others fulfill their dreams of business ownership.
I look forward to helping our clients find the right balance between their work life and personal life. Business ownership can be very rewarding and I can’t wait to help people navigate the advantages of owning their very own franchise!
